Your Massage Therapy Session

Your session will be customized to fit your particular issues, using a variety of bodywork modalities. Many massage therapists deliver only a standardized massage with little variation by client. Here with Rebecca, the goal is to help relieve chronic pain. This is achievable within three sessions in most cases, depending on your commitment to follow up with self care techniques, stretches and posture modification between sessions. You will know if the massage has made a difference within a day or so after your first session.

• Swedish Massage Techniques

A Caring Touch

When you invest in a professional massage therapy session, you are listened to and comforted, touched with the highest healing intention for an hour or more. This is so different from the experience of visiting most healthcare professionals. You leave feeling physically and mentally better, restored, recharged.

Cumulative Benefits of Massage Therapy

People who get regular massage therapy experience less pain, and suffer less from stress, sleep better and generally feel better about themselves all the time, not just for a few days after one therapy session. Consider at least three sessions to experience these cumulative benefits. It can change your life.
